  • Today is the Day Campaign – Total Wellbeing Luton

Total Wellbeing Luton is supporting the Today is the Day Campaign, encouraging smokers to use the current focus on health and wellbeing to quit and offering support from our local stop smoking service.

Over a million people are estimated to have quit smoking since the COVID-19 pandemic hit and we’re all aware of the need to protect our health. As a local community we are all preparing for winter and seeking to manage the possible additional risks of flu and COVID-19 co-circulating in the population. Smokers are five times more likely to get flu and are at greater risk of having worse symptoms.

Total Wellbeing Luton offers free local support for smokers to quit.
