We are investing in staff at the practice to make it easier for you to access appointments. You will start to see new members of the practice team are available to deliver appointments. The reception team are trained to help you see the right person, it does not always need to be a doctor. There are many new and existing roles in general practice, the leaflet below explains some of the new roles that we already have working in the practice and some that you are likely to see in the future.
