Extended hours
We will no longer be able to offer Saturday morning and late evening appointments.
This change has occurred due to the way NHS England would like GP practices to deliver services in Primary Care Networks (PCN) and with effect from the 1st July 2019 all appointments in extended hours before 8am and after 6:30pm will be delivered from extended services hubs centrally.
One of these hubs will be located in the Medici Medical Centre but is a separate service to the Medici Medical Practice. All appointments with the extended access service will need to be pre-booked via your practice, there will be no facility for walk in consultations. Medici Medical Practice belongs to the PCN named Medics Primary Care Network, which consists of the following practices:
- Barton Hills Medical Group
- Bell House Medical Centre
- Gardenia and Marsh Practice
- Medici Medical Practice
- Woodland Avenue Practice
